Rhonda enlisted in the Air Force in 1991 where she served her country for 8 years. During her time in the Air Force, she developed an intense passion for weight training, maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle with a general goal of becoming a role model for “living fit”.

She is a leader in the fitness industry and has been an experienced Group Exercise Instructor since 1996. She received a Nationally recognized certification through The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in 1999, which certifies her as an expert Personal Fitness Trainer.

Her love of health and fitness compelled her to receive specialized training in Pilates, ‘Silver Sneakers’, Resistaball, Powerflex, Kickboxing and Aqua Fitness. Rhonda is also CPR certified through the American Heart Association.

Rhonda has been a personal trainer and group exercise leader for 12 years through her own In-Home Personal Training Company. Her clients do not need to have any equipment as she provides all the equipment necessary to train clients in the privacy of their own homes.

Over the years, she has developed health and fitness programs for every age group and fitness level, including children, seniors, pregnancy and people with spinal cord injuries. Her specialized training and experience enables her to counsel and instruct people at every stage of their fitness program. Rhonda relies upon her experience and the most reliable and advanced information and technology regarding exercise, diet, preventative habits and specialized lifestyle needs.

She happily joined the Arizona Prohealth team because of the passion she has for her career, but also because of her experiences she and her family have had with naturopathic medicine while working directly with Dr. Hampton. Her son was experiencing physical setbacks and had some speech delays in addition to having generally low energy. Very unusual for a 6 year old boy! Rhonda’s son was already working with a speech and occupational therapist but after Dr. Hampton recommended some dietary changes and some basic nutritional supplements, she and her husband began to see dramatic results in their 6 year old son within only a few weeks. Her husband was also helped with several health issues by making simple changes to his diet and without the use of medication.

Rhonda is excited to be a part of the Arizona Prohealth team and in her own words “no matter what your level of fitness, age or physical limitations, I can custom design a program that will enable you to reach your optimal capacity and performance in your home or place of business.”
